Home gym must haves

My husband and I always dreamt of having our own little home gym. A few years ago , during pandemic, we decided to add a room to our home for exactly that, a gym! The space is not too big so we had to be smart on what exactly we were going to be bringing in as far as equipment and a few must haves. I want to share some of them with you and tell you why I loved them so much!

A treadmill

I believe we all need a treadmill at home. It helps you get your steps in when you can’t go outside and the incline feature really works wonders! After a bit of research, I had found the perfect treadmill! I was looking for an incline treadmill that was easy to handle and foldable, just in case I had to use that space for something else. I read so many reviews and watched videos on how this treadmill preformed. I also saw videos where taller men were using it, which meant it wasn’t too small and it was sturdy enough. At the same time, I loved how compact it was. I only had a small area available for it so I definitely needed one that did not take so much space. I totally recommend checking it out if you are looking for the perfect little treadmill! I will be leaving the link below.

A Pilates Reformer

If you follow me on instagram you will know I’m absolutely in love with Pilates. I went to a Pilates Studio for a little over a year. I learned so much there and fell in love with how Pilates changed my body and how it made me feel. I decided to buy a reformer to add to my home gym and it was the best thing I could’ve done! Other than saving me money and time, this Pilates Reformer  is everything the studio one is and just the right size I needed for our small area. It came with so many goodies, including a Cardio Rebounder attachment and a full guide for beginners. I’ll leave the link bellow so you can check out the rest of the goodies it included. I was so pleased at how complete this reformer was. If you have been thinking of exploring Pilates and giving it a chance I recommend you go take a thirty minute intro class and if you love it, ether enroll into a program or save yourself some money and time and try this reformer at home for all your Pilates needs! You will not regret it!
