Simple habits to keep your home tidy

Keeping your home tidy is essential for mental peace, productivity and clarity. I grew up in a home where they taught us that having an organized, clean and tidy space is a place for opportunities and creativity and now as an adult I couldn’t agree more! Tiding up my own home has become almost therapeutic and something I truly enjoy. Although we are a childfree home, I believe even with littles these tips can definitely work!

My number one tip: tidy up for 5 minutes every single night before bed. Nothing feels better than waking up to a mess free home!

Secondly, be mindful of your spaces and things throughout the day. If we use something and we are done with it, we must put it back in its place immediately. This will definitely save you time and energy later!

Declutter and own less things. This is a HUGE one for us! We own a small home and our journey of decluttering, intentionally owning less things and simply having more space to exist in, I must say, has been life changing for our mental, physical and emotional health!

I totally encourage these if you are looking for that peaceful and nice atmosphere inside your home!
