Before I dive into this, I know being able to slow down and take moments for ourselves is a luxury for many, those really busy stay at home mommas, the working moms, the childfree but working girlies that have long to-do list. But I believe everyone deserves to take care of themselves in order to be able to continue doing what they love, whatever that may be. Oh how I wish I knew how much my body needed it. I suffered of severe anxiety, stress and mood swings for years. My hormones were completely unbalanced and I know a lot of things contributed to this. It took me a while to learn how to balance them correctly and find out what really works.
